Go Wild! Park Rules & Safety Information
Trampolining is an inherently dangerous activity, so only jump within your ability and skill level. These rules exist to keep everyone safe and to ensure all visitors enjoy their experience. By entering the park you agree to abide by these rules.
General Park Rules
- Every participant must have a signed Go Wild! waiver and watched a safety briefing video before using any of the activities
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an accompanying adult whilst on site.
- All participants must wear Go Wild! grip socks when jumping – any other socks will not be accepted (including other trampoline park socks)
- Pregnant women or people with health concerns such as heart, back, bone or muscle conditions are strongly advised not to jump
- The maximum participant weight for all trampolines and play equipment is 20 stone
- Carers and guardians of participants with additional needs are responsible for ensuring they are supervised at all times
- Antisocial, threatening, or dangerous behaviour, as well as abusive language, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted on site
- No food, drink or chewing gum on the activities
- No outside food or picnics permitted
- No unauthorised parties. All parties must be booked through Go Wild!
- All participants and accompanying adults must read and follow all rules displayed around the park
Clothing & Personal Items
- Remove jewellery, watches, keys, and sharp objects
- Empty your pockets – no phones, cameras, or loose items on activities
- Clothing must not contain sharp or hard objects such as buckles or studs
- Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times
- We recommend tying long hair back
- Please use the lockers provided. Personal items are left at your own risk.
Trampolining Rules
- Always warm up and stretch before jumping
- Only jump within your ability and skill level
- Strictly one person per trampoline. Two or more people on the same trampoline causes a ‘double bounce’ effect – the most common cause of serious injury
- Be aware of other others and give way to smaller participants
- Strictly no backflips, double or triple flips
- If you become tired, stop, take a break and do not rest on the activities
- Always jump and land on two feet, in the centre of the trampoline
- Do not jump on, climb, or hang from the netting or padding
- Stop safely by bending your knees
- Do not run across trampolines
- Do not jump off trampolines onto walkways
- No rough play including wrestling, tackling, pushing or chasing
- Always listen to the Go Wild! staff and Court Marshals

Front flips and backflips are only allowed on the main arena trampolines. No double flips at any time.
- Strictly no backflips, double or triple flips
- No double bouncing (deliberately bouncing another person higher)
- No rough play or chasing games
- Be aware of others and give way to smaller participants
- If you become tired, stop, take a break and do not rest on the activities
- Always listen to the Go Wild! staff and Court Marshals
